Hi
Just wondering if either Scrivener or Scapple (writing tools) are available via Newman's suite of software. I haven't been able to find any references to them at Newman but have heard them recommended by students elsewhere.
Thanks
Jenny

Hi
Unfortunately these are not pieces of software that we have.
Kind Regards

As Richard says, we do not have insitutional licences for these products.
You, of course, are free to buy and use them should you wish, and both are quite cheap.
If you want free alternatives you could try...
Storybook http://storybook.en.softonic.com/ instead of Scrivener (it doesn't come with a word processer but does facilitate organising and planning)
and VUE perhaps for concept mapping. http://vue.tufts.edu/
You might also want to look at this list of mind mapping softare.
