Since yesterday morning I've had no access to e-mail and my e-mails to Newman addresses sent from my gmail account have not been delivered ( delivery is 'delayed'). Is this just me? I need access urgently
Oh that's a relief Kerry - I was worried my e-mail account had been hi-jacked - oddly enough though my g-mail and another account have also stopped working - which is still worrying...Losing access is a big problem for me at the moment as I can't get any verifications of my Tesco order for the trip tomorrow.
I'm assuming your accessing your Newman email accounts from mobile devices. Please check the email settings your device for your Newman account. You should have a setting for email server, it should say newmail.newman.ac.uk which is the new address. Your device should have updated itself when we updated the system, but may not have done for whatever reason. Updating the settings manually should resolve the problem.
