Good Afternoon
I just went to send an email (which appeared to be working fine) and as I went to send the email and error message came up 'A problem has occurred whilst trying to use your mailbox-please contact technical support'. I have tried logging in a logging back out and now I cannot view any of my emails at all.
could you please help me with this issue?

Hi Bob, I've sent two/three messages to the Registry Support (egistry@newman.ac.uk) about the problem im having on picking my modules for year 2. The messages aren't sending and i don't know what to do.
I'm afraid I am not really sure what you are talking about. Is this an online form that is not working properly? If so, can you point me to this form? Can you give me the url (address) of the webpage?
If you are having problems with email, are you having problems sending a message to registry@newman.ac.uk ? (I notice you said egisty@newman.ac.uk by the way).

Hi Bob, I have been trying to get onto my emails for a week but it keeps on coming up with an error message. I have refreshed the page many times but it still does not work. Could you please check what the issue might be?
