I've just tried to upload my work through an electronic submission link and I keep getting an error message saying "invalid JSON string"
What does this mean?

Hi Pat,
I suspect you are using an older browser. All the latest browsers like Firefox 3.5+, IE 8+, Chrome, Safari 4+ etc. have built-in JSON capability.
Can you swap browser or upgrade? Alternatively can you bring the file into Newman and upload from here?
If this isn't the issue (i.e. you have a newish browser), can you re-post to this forum please?
