Panopto Testing
Users of this Moodle (14-15) automatically have user accounts on Panopto and can log onto Panopto with their Moodle credentials.
Sometimes a tutor wants a Panopto account but hasn't yet got a Moodle course with a Panopto block on it.
By creating a course in this category, with the tutor in the role of 'tutor', it automatically creates a folder on Panopto in which the tutor has 'creator' rights.
