Module Leader : Stephen Harris

Students will be introduced to theories of learning, reflective practice, aligned with the practice of management and leadership, which relates to their own experience of their society, education and the workplace. The following key transferable skills – leadership, communication, problem solving, working with others and improving own learning – will be introduced, practised and applied to work-based tasks, as will the range of activities associated with information skills.  Students will audit their own skills, identify aspects that need improving and produce self-development action plans for self-development in those areas.
